Job summary

Materion Corporation is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the full recruiting function from Mayfield Heights, OH or remote. You will guide strategy, oversee the recruiting team, and partner with HR leadership to drive enterprise-wide talent objectives.

This role requires 7+ years in recruiting, proven leadership, and strong knowledge of employment law, ATS, and recruitment marketing tools. You will optimize processes, monitor KPIs, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven ability to lead a recruiting team in high-volume environments.
Experience partnering with HR and business leaders to design and implement talent strategies.
Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices in talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and relationship management across all organizational levels.
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving recruitment initiatives to meet goals.
Proficiency with recruitment technologies, ATS, and recruitment marketing tools.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop the recruitment team across all levels, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, including campus and executive searches, with a focus on quality and candidate experience.
Manage TA budget processes and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective delivery.
Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to design enterprise-wide recruitment strategies.
Leverage analytics to monitor performance, benchmark practices, and continuously improve TA effectiveness.
