Job summary

Intact is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the company’s international hiring strategy during a major transformation. You will design role profiles, scorecards and assessments with leaders, and run cross-border sourcing for specialists and experts.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, map global talent pools, and use AI to enhance sourcing, mapping, and candidate engagement. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition with proven track record hiring Product, Engineering, Data & AI talent.
• Knowledge of modern Product & Technology orgs; ability to recognize seniority and quality.
• Experience in competitive international talent markets; ability to win strong candidates globally.
• Ability to translate target role profiles into scorecards and assessment processes with leaders.
• Evidence-based assessment: structured interviews, work samples, clear criteria.
• Strong interest in using AI to improve sourcing, mapping, and engagement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, able to challenge senior stakeholders and move fast.

Responsibilities

• Shape and own Intact’s international talent acquisition strategy for the transformation.
• Derive role profiles, scorecards, and assessments with functional leaders.
• Run international active sourcing for specialist and expert positions across borders.
• Own and improve the full recruitment lifecycle across functions and regions.
• Partner with hiring managers as coach and challenger.
• Map global talent pools, track labor market trends, and identify candidate pools.
