Prolific is scaling rapidly and we’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead (Individual contributor) to help build a high-impact Product & Design team. You’ll partner with senior leaders to turn ambitious business goals into a focused hiring strategy that delivers exceptional hires.

You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from first outreach to offer—driving data-led sourcing and an engaging candidate experience. The role covers UK and US markets with remote options.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years in-house.
• Proven track record hiring Product & Design talent across the UK and US.
• Confident influencing senior leaders and translating priorities into hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

• Shape hiring strategy with senior leaders to anticipate talent needs and priorities.
• Develop data-led sourcing strategies to reach top Product & Design talent.
• Own the full hiring journey from outreach to offer, creating a standout candidate experience.
• Turn hiring data and market intelligence into actionable improvements.
• Raise the bar for talent acquisition with interviewer calibration and best practices.
