Prolific is scaling rapidly and we’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead (Individual contributor) to help build a high-impact Product & Design team. You’ll partner with senior leaders to turn ambitious business goals into a focused hiring strategy that delivers exceptional hires.

You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from first outreach to offer—driving data-led sourcing and an engaging candidate experience. The role covers UK and US markets with remote options.

The role

Prolific is scaling fast, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead (Individual contributor) who can help us build an exceptional Product & Design team. You’ll shape how we attract and hire outstanding talent, partnering with senior leaders to turn ambitious business goals into a high-impact hiring strategy. From pioneering new sourcing approaches to closing exceptional candidates, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle and have a direct hand in shaping the team, and the business, we’re building for the future.

What you’ll be doing in the role

• Shape hiring strategy: Partner with senior leaders to anticipate talent needs, set priorities and build the teams that will drive Prolific’s next phase of growth.
• Find exceptional talent: Develop creative, data-led sourcing strategies to reach outstanding Product & Design talent, including hard-to-find specialists and senior leaders.
• Own the full hiring journey: Drive recruitment end to end, from first outreach to offer, creating a standout experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.
• Turn insight into action: Use hiring data, market intelligence and your own judgement to influence decisions, sharpen our approach and maintain a high bar for every hire.
• Raise the bar: Build a culture of great hiring through interviewer calibration, consistent best practices and a compelling employer brand that attracts diverse, exceptional talent.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Experienced talent partner: 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years in-house, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality hires.
• Strategic and globally minded: Proven success hiring exceptional Product & Design talent across global markets, from senior individual contributors to e leaders, particularly across the UK and US.
• A trusted executive partner: Confident influencing senior leaders, challenging assumptions and translating business priorities into effective hiring strategies.
• Driven by impact: Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, balancing pace and ambition with rigour, accuracy and attention to detail.
• A builder and innovator: Creative, resourceful and passionate about building high-performing teams, experimenting with new approaches and continually raising the bar for talent acquisition.

Even better if you have:

• Experience implementing and optimising best-in-class recruitment technology to improve talent attraction, streamline hiring and drive efficiency at scale.
• Experience hiring across other technical disciplines, particularly Engineering and/or Data.
• A track record of hiring across both the UK and US markets, with an understanding of their different talent landscapes.
