A tech-driven company based in San Francisco is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support junior-role hiring and candidate pipeline building in a fast-paced environment. The intern will learn end-to-end recruiting processes, manage interview logistics, and assist in various recruitment initiatives. Full-time commitment or at least 3 days weekly for 3 months is required.

Qualifications

• Strong learning agility and adaptability — able to pick up tools and processes quickly.

• Clear, professional communication skills with candidates and hiring managers.
• Curiosity and initiative to test new sourcing approaches and improve workflow efficiency.
• Ability to commit full-time or at least 3 days/week for a minimum of 3 months (Jan‑May/June).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for junior-level roles through proactive sourcing.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS updates with high accuracy.
• Coordinate assessments, hiring logistics, and prepare weekly pipeline status updates.
• Support sourcing experiments and market mapping to broaden talent outreach.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment operations initiatives when needed.
