• 2–5 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience across sales, technical, and business operations.
• Strong passive sourcing and direct outreach.
• Excellent communication to advise hiring managers.
• Proficiency with ATS; Greenhouse a plus.
• Organized with ability to handle multiple requisitions.
