Job summary

Hi-Altitude/Stonehenge Health is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist to own recruiting and core HR operations. You will report to the HR Director and partner with hiring managers, leadership, and IT to ensure a smooth experience from offer through first day and beyond.

You will manage all recruiting, build a strong talent pipeline, optimize our career pages, and support HRIS and onboarding processes in a fully remote, California-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR with full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS administration.
• Familiarity with Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with Rippling HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting across the company from kickoff to offer acceptance.
• Partner with managers to define requirements, interview plans, and decisions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals, and outreach.
• Run high-volume initial screens and maintain talent pipelines.
• Manage employer branding and candidate experience from first contact to offer.
