Job summary

Insight Assurance seeks an HR & Recruiting Assistant to support recruitment and the employee experience for a global remote workforce. You will split time between sourcing, screening, offers and onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in an audited environment.

This role provides growth into an HR Generalist or Recruiter, involving onboarding/offboarding, benefits and payroll coordination, compliance tracking, ATS maintenance, and reporting across time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting and HR administration experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and multi-state differences.
• Experience with ATS (Workable preferred) and HRIS/PEO/payroll platforms; strong Excel skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish; strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
• Manage benefits and payroll coordination with the PEO; handle leave and enrollments.
• Track regional compliance for a global remote workforce and flag changes.
• Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to offers and onboarding.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and pipelines.
• Schedule interviews across time zones and prepare materials.
• Keep ATS accurate and communicate with candidates professionally.
• Assign and track compliance training and certifications; follow up on overdue items.
• Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, training) and recommend improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data in line with policies.
