Job summary

Intellistack is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Partner to own full-cycle recruiting and help create a seamless transition from candidate to employee.

You will report to the Head of People and collaborate with leaders to understand hiring needs, attract talent, and drive consistent, effective hiring decisions. The role emphasizes onboarding and employee experience alongside recruiting.

Qualifications

• Experience owning full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, ideally within a technology company or a growing organization.
• Track record of building trusted hiring manager relationships and delivering a thoughtful candidate experience.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience using an applicant tracking system (Ashby) to manage searches and recruiting activity.
• The judgment to balance hiring urgency with a consistent, thoughtful selection process.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a range of functions, from role intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop interview plans, and align on what success looks like.
• Proactively source and engage candidates, building talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Guide hiring teams through candidate evaluation, timely feedback, and thoughtful selection decisions.
• Deliver a responsive, personal candidate experience through clear communication and consistent follow-through.
• Partner with the People & Talent team and hiring managers on compensation alignment, prepare and send approved offer letters, and manage offer conversations.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and use recruiting data to identify opportunities to improve the hiring process.
• Use our ATS to its full capability, continually refining automations, workflows, templates, scorecards, and reporting so a lean People team can hire consistently and at scale.
• Explore and pilot responsible uses of AI and automation in recruiting, such as sourcing, outreach, and scheduling, to improve efficiency and candidate experience, with people always making the hiring decisions.
• Support employer branding through job postings, candidate communications, and stories that reflect working at Intellistack.
