STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition Delivery to lead the day-to-day execution of recruiting across the organization. You will manage a team of Talent Acquisition Managers, drive accountability, and ensure efficient, high-quality recruiting outcomes.

You will work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and stakeholders to translate priorities into actionable team plans and deliverables.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Proficiency with enterprise applicant tracking systems and recruiting tech.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to TAMs with coaching, performance management, and development.
• Oversee recruiting delivery, workload planning, and capacity across TAMs.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, improve time-to-hire, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Partner with Director and stakeholders to align recruiting with business priorities.
