Job summary

Intellistack is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Partner to own full-cycle recruiting and help create a seamless transition from candidate to employee.

You will report to the Head of People and collaborate with leaders to understand hiring needs, attract talent, and drive consistent, effective hiring decisions. The role emphasizes onboarding and employee experience alongside recruiting.

Qualifications

• Track record of building trusted hiring manager relationships and delivering a thoughtful candidate experience.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience using an applicant tracking system (Ashby) to manage searches and recruiting activity.
• The judgment to balance hiring urgency with a consistent, thoughtful selection process.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a range of functions, from role intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop interview plans, and align on what success looks like.
• Proactively source and engage candidates, building talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Guide hiring teams through candidate evaluation, timely feedback, and thoughtful selection decisions.
• Deliver a responsive, personal candidate experience through clear communication and consistent follow-through.
• Partner with the People & Talent team and hiring managers on compensation alignment, prepare and send approved offer letters, and manage offer conversations.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and use recruiting data to identify opportunities to improve the hiring process.
• Use our ATS to its full capability, continually refining automations, workflows, templates, scorecards, and reporting so a lean People team can hire consistently and at scale.
• Explore and pilot responsible uses of AI and automation in recruiting, such as sourcing, outreach, and scheduling, to improve efficiency and candidate experience, with people always making the hiring decisions.
• Support employer branding through job postings, candidate communications, and stories that reflect working at Intellistack.

About the Role

As Intellistack's Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Partner, you'll own full-cycle recruiting and help create a seamless transition from candidate to employee.You http://employee.You will report directly to Intellistack's Head of People, and partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, attract talent, and guide consistent, effective hiring decisions.

Talent acquisition will be your primary focus. You'll also coordinate key parts of onboarding and contribute to employee experience initiatives alongside the People & Talent team, helping make Intellistack a welcoming and engaging place to work.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a range of functions, from role intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and acceptance.

Preboarding & New Hire Onboarding

• Own the transition from accepted offer to week one keeping new hires informed, connected, and clear on what to expect before they arrive.
• Partner with People Operations, IT, and hiring managers to coordinate onboarding activities and readiness.
• Lead Day One and Week One new hire welcome sessions that introduce Intellistack's culture, values, ways of working, and key resources.
• Help managers prepare thoughtful onboarding plans that provide clarity, connection, and early direction.
• Gather new hire feedback through Week 1 and 30 day check-ins, and share themes and recommendations with the People team to improve the experience.

Employee Experience

• Partner with the People & Talent team on initiatives that strengthen employee connection, recognition, and belonging.
• Help plan and execute employee events, culture activities, and opportunities for connection across remote and office-based teams.
• Support employee experience communications, making it easy for employees to understand and participate in company initiatives.

• Clear, approachable communication and comfort facilitating welcome sessions or small group activities.
• An interest in onboarding, culture, and employee experience, with a willingness to contribute beyond recruiting.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive candidate and employee information.
• Curiosity about automation and AI in recruiting, with hands-on experience experimenting and a perspective on where they help and where the human touch matters most.

Location:

This role is remote, and can be located anywhere in the US. Periodic travel may be required.

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this role is $105,000 - $115,000, plus eligibility for a quarterly performance bonus targeted at 10% of base salary.

Salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. Bonus payouts are based on achievement of established performance goals.
