Job summary

Intellistack is seeking a full-cycle recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting across functions, partnering with hiring managers to define roles and interview plans, and to deliver a smooth candidate experience.

You will manage offers, maintain ATS records, and explore AI automation in sourcing, preboarding, onboarding sessions, and employee experience initiatives to foster connection and belonging within the team.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across functions, from sourcing to offers, and partner with hiring managers to define roles and build interview plans.
• Deliver a responsive candidate experience, manage offer conversations, and maintain ATS records while exploring AI automation in recruiting.
• Coordinate preboarding, lead onboarding sessions, and support employee experience initiatives to foster connection and belonging.
