Intellivo is seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist – Recruiting & Onboarding to join our People Operations Team. This role supports talent acquisition and onboarding activities, coordinates interviews, and ensures a positive candidate experience while adhering to hiring policies.

You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, manage onboarding tasks, and help maintain accurate HR records in our HRIS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
• Experience screening and engaging candidates across multiple roles.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, LinkedIn, job boards, and productivity tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates, managers, and teammates.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and areas of HR.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment activities from requisition to onboarding handoff.
• Source, identify, screen, and engage qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
• Develop and maintain postings and screening criteria with People Operations.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the HRIS.
• Support onboarding, background checks, and new-hire paperwork.
• Assist with HR documentation, communications, and compliance activities.
