Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive recruiting and workforce leadership in construction, power, nuclear, DoD, or heavy industrial sectors.
• Experience building high-performing recruiting teams and field operations awareness.
• Familiar with UKG, SmartSearch, or similar ATS platforms.

Aufgaben

• Lead, develop, and hold the Talent Acquisition team accountable for staffing execution supporting multiple business units and large project portfolios.
• Build and scale recruitment strategies to meet current and future workforce demands across craft, technical, supervision, and leadership roles.
• Partner with operations, HR, project managers, and leadership to translate needs into staffing plans and forecasts.
• Drive workforce planning to align hiring with project schedules and market conditions.
• Streamline recruiting processes, tools, workflows, and reporting to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Engage in sourcing for hard-to-fill roles and own staffing needs when necessary.
• Build relationships with technical schools, trade programs, and industry partners.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, nuclear, and other regulated requirements where applicable.
• Use data to drive decisions, pipelines, mobilization readiness, and recruiting performance.
• Collaborate with HRIS to optimize ATS functionality (UKG/SmartSearch preferred).
• Champion employer branding to strengthen pipelines and market presence.
