Job summary

EPI Power is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a high-volume craft recruitment team, shaping pipelines and improving candidate experience across our craft/hourly workforce. You will own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, forecast staffing needs, and partner with leaders to align with workforce planning.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in recruiting, 3+ years leading a team, and a track record in building relationships with communities and vendors.

Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition.
3+ years of experience managing a high-volume recruitment team.
Experience in the AEC-related industry is highly preferred.
Degree required – an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and coach a team of high-volume craft/hourly recruiters.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions with offers and pre-employment tasks.
Create an excellent candidate experience through professional communication.
Forecast staffing needs and develop strategies to improve time to fill and quality of hire.
Build talent pipelines through sourcing tools, partnerships, and events.
