Job summary

Owner.com is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Recruiting Coordinator to support the Engineering talent team. This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the US or Canada, particularly in the PST time zone.

The successful candidate will coordinate candidate interviews, maintain data in the applicant tracking system, and manage recruitment administration tasks. A Bachelor’s degree and strong organizational skills are essential.

Compensation is based on experience, with an hourly rate of $30-$40.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of corporate work experience required.
• Prior recruiting coordinator experience preferred.
• Experience with tech/engineering coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews.
• Communicate updates to candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support the recruitment team with various administrative tasks.
