Job summary

Xapply is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to work remotely in the United States on a 6-month contract through a partner company. You will coordinate critical recruiting activities, from interview scheduling through offer processing and onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will also contribute to recruiting systems usage, data integrity, and cross-functional coordination with recruiters and internal stakeholders across the hiring lifecycle.
