Job summary

Advarra, a leader in clinical research, seeks a Recruiter I to support the global Talent Acquisition team. You will help build candidate pipelines, coordinate recruiting activities, and deliver a timely, consistent candidate experience under guidance from experienced TA colleagues.

Responsibilities include proactive sourcing, interview coordination across time zones, and maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS while contributing to projects and SOPs from a remote U.S. location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in talent sourcing or recruiting coordination.
• Experience coordinating interviews across time zones.
• Experience maintaining SOPs, templates, or shared resources.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive candidate research and sourcing.
• Coordinate interviews and recruiting meetings across candidates and recruiters.
• Maintain candidate records and ATS data accuracy.
• Support recruiters with resume review, market research, and reporting.
