Job summary

Advarra is seeking a Recruiter I to support the global Talent Acquisition team by identifying and engaging qualified talent, coordinating recruiting activities, and providing program and operational support. You will help build candidate pipelines, maintain data, and deliver a timely, consistent candidate experience under guidance.

Open to candidates working remotely in the U.S., preferably in EST or CST. The base salary range is $50,000 to $79,000 USD, with potential for a bonus and benefits;

Qualifications

• 2+ years in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, HR or related field.
• Experience coordinating interviews, calendars across time zones.
• Experience creating SOPs, templates, training materials, or shared team resources.

Responsibilities

• Research and source candidates using LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
• Identify and engage qualified prospects for openings and pipelines.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines through outreach and relationship management.
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment meetings across candidates, interviewers, and recruiters.
• Support candidate communications and recruiting logistics for a positive experience.
• Assist recruiters with resume review, market research, and pipeline reporting.
