Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. You will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate recommendations for hire.

You will build a network through market research and bench management, delivering strong submit‑to‑interview and interview‑to‑offer ratios. Expect a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting, including market research, passive sourcing, and interviewing.
• Ability to exceed performance goals and respond to feedback.
• Strong pipeline communication and client focus.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and social media presence.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback from clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management, delivering strong submit‑to‑interview ratios.
• Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and support final selections with clients.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and satisfaction while meeting weekly submission and hire goals.
