Care Advantage, Inc. is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Onboarding and Compliance Specialist to connect Recruiting, HR, Operations, and Compliance. This full-time hybrid/remote role reports to the Sr.

Corporate Recruiting Manager and ensures every new hire is onboarded accurately, on time, and in full compliance across regions. The ideal candidate has HR/onboarding experience, knowledge of compliance requirements, and hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as iSolved and HireForms.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, onboarding, or compliance across multiple regions.
• Hands-on with HRIS/onboarding platforms (iSolved and/or HireForms a plus).
• Strong knowledge of employment compliance and new-hire documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact for Recruiter and Caregiver Manager communications.
• Act as liaison between HR, Operations, and Compliance.
• Own platform administration and training for iSolved and HireForms.
• Complete weekly new-hire compliance reviews by region.
• Track document completion and compliance status across regions.
• Partner with Regional VPs on hiring and compliance needs.
• Provide HR oversight between sourcing and onboarding handoff.
• Lead HR-related incident and compliance gap responses.
