Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Social Media Assistant to manage and curate content remotely from the United States. You will coordinate posts, engage audiences, and support campaign initiatives while collaborating with internal teams to drive brand visibility.

The role requires 2+ years in social media, strong English communication, and solid design skills using the Adobe suite. This is a 20-40 hour per week remote position with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or marketing/business certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media or related fields.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Graphic design proficiency with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects.
• Able to work a graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Upload and curate multimedia content and manage day-to-day interactions.
• Gather info on audience profiles, trends, and competitors’ marketing insights.
• Develop or oversee content calendar, campaigns, and posts across platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams on content strategy and promotions.
• Moderate conversations, engage with brand audience, manage reviews.
