Job summary

Wing is seeking a Social Media Assistant to join remotely from anywhere. The role involves creating and scheduling posts, curating multimedia content, and engaging with audiences across platforms.

You will support ad campaigns and work closely with the marketing team to deliver compelling content. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in social media, a Bachelor’s degree or marketing course, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certified course in marketing or business.
• 2+ years in Social Media or related fields.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal (B2+).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in layouts, typography, print and web design fundamentals.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign and other design software.
• Strong portfolio of diverse creative work.
• Able to work graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Upload and curate multimedia content and manage day-to-day interactions.
• Research audience profiles, trends, and competitors’ marketing insights.
• Develop or oversee content calendar, campaigns, and posts across platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams on content strategy and promotions.
• Moderate conversations, engage brand audience, manage reviews.
