Job summary

RemoteLeads is seeking a remote Recruiter to partner with hiring managers, screen candidates, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. You will coordinate interviews, maintain timely candidate communication, and prepare offers in line with company policies.

This role requires Excel/Office proficiency, Zoom experience, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. The position is fully remote in the United States, with 9:00am–6:00pm ET hours, and offers standard PTO and USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 100% fluency in English with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Experience as Recruiter, HR analyst, or similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Teams preferred.
• Experience with Zoom.
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn quickly, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Availability to work 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Mon-Fri.
• Must have own computer/laptop (no equipment provided).

• Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support other HR and talent acquisition needs as assigned, including general HR support tasks.
• Assist in recruitment-related administrative tasks, data entry, and reporting.
• Help hiring managers meet staffing needs by managing candidate pipelines and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• 100% fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication; resumes must be submitted in English.
• Work experience as a Recruiter, Human Resources analyst, or similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Microsoft Teams experience preferred.
• Experience with Zoom.
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn quickly, strong organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
• Availability to work 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
• Must have own computer/laptop (company does not supply equipment).
