Imagine360 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full life cycle recruitment for entry to mid-level roles. You will build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, understand business objectives, culture, and talent needs, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, culture, and expectations.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates across a variety of roles.
• Healthcare/health insurance recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers as a consultative talent partner.
• Conduct intake meetings to understand position requirements and success criteria.
• Provide recruiting expertise and market insights to guide hiring strategies.
• Manage full life cycle recruiting for entry to mid-level positions.
• Develop pipelines via networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and job boards.
• Collaborate with HR, onboarding, and other stakeholders for a smooth process.
• Utilize ATS to manage requisitions and track metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
