Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead high-quality hiring across engineering, technical and manufacturing roles. You will ensure a positive candidate experience and actively brand our client in the marketplace.

You will develop effective sourcing strategies, screen candidates, build talent pools, and drive consistent recruitment processes. Occasional campus recruiting and on-site interviews may be required, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years recruiting experience in engineering/technical/manufacturing roles.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Validate requisitions and align with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs.
• Define go-to-market sourcing strategies and execute via LinkedIn, Indeed, groups, job boards, and direct search.
• Execute diverse outreach and sourcing strategies to meet diversity goals.
