Qualifications

• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed and an ATS to manage candidates.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market strategy and execute sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed and groups.
• Phone screen candidates to build a strong quality of hire.
• Develop talent pools, pipelines, and manage candidate flow in ATS.
• Partner with hiring teams on interview guides and assessment formats.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and collect feedback from stakeholders.
• Coordinate interviews, attend career events and campus activities.
• Produce performance metrics reports and participate in on-site interviews when needed.
