Bowman is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist IV - Oil & Gas to join our team remotely. You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruiting lifecycle across engineering, design, and project management roles.

With 8+ years in technical recruiting and strong knowledge of ATS/HRIS (UKG preferred), you will build pipelines, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and close top talent while supporting Bowman’s growth and diversity goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in HR, Communications, Business Admin or related field.
• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a technical environment (engineers, designers, PMs).
• Experience recruiting in AEC industry, with focus on Oil & Gas preferred.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills at all levels.
• Ability to manage 30+ open positions concurrently.
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS (UKG strongly preferred).
• Understanding of EEO, OFCCP, and staffing laws.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and build candidate sourcing strategies.
• Develop connections with candidate communities to create staffing pipelines.
• Lead all facets of recruiting from sourcing to closing in a fast-paced market.
• Provide metrics-driven insights to measure placements and client satisfaction.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to align roles and job clarity.
• Manage social media to promote Bowman’s employment brand.
