Bowman is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist IV - Oil & Gas to join our team remotely. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define needs, source top talent, and guide candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in HR, communications, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years in full cycle recruiting for engineers, designers, and PMs in a technical environment.
• Experience recruiting in Oil & Gas/MEP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key candidate communities for staffing needs.
• Consult with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates in a competitive market.
• Track metrics and provide insights to improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Promote Bowman’s employment brand and social media presence.
