Bowman is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist IV for Oil & Gas to join our team remotely. You will collaborate with hiring managers to craft sourcing strategies, manage the full recruiting lifecycle, and drive diversity and efficiency metrics in a highly competitive market.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting in technical environments, experience in AEC/MEP (Oil & Gas), and strong relationship-building skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in HR, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Eight or more (8+) years experience conducting full cycle recruiting in a technical environment (engineering, design, PMs).
• Prior experience recruiting in AEC industry with focus on MEP (Oil & Gas).
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills. Able to influence and partner at all levels.
• Ability to manage an average of 30+ open positions at any given time.
• Proven success sourcing and recruiting for hard-to-fill and specialized engineering roles.
• Experience developing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficiency with internet browser applications (Edge, Chrome).
• ATS and HRIS experience; UKG and iCMS strongly preferred.
• Understanding of EEO legislation, OFCCP compliance in relation to recruitment and employment requirements, and other staffing laws.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
• Serve as a Talent Acquisition Ambassador when developing connections with candidates, management, and peers.
• Manage the full recruiting life cycle from sourcing to closing candidates.
• Source candidate leads, screen, interview, and close candidates in a competitive market.
• Provide strategic input to evolve the use of metrics for recruiting and measure placement success.
• Network and build relationships with key candidate communities for short/long-term staffing opportunities.
• Partner with HRBP to define internal roles and job clarity.
