Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in HR, communications, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a technical environment (engineers, designers, PMs).
• Experience recruiting in AEC industry, with focus on MEP (Oil & Gas) preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing skills, and ability to manage 30+ open positions.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ATS/HRIS (UKG and iCMS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Network and build relationships with candidate communities for staffing opportunities.
• Consult with hiring managers to understand requirements and build candidate pipelines.
• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates in a competitive market.
• Provide metrics and insights to measure placements and diversity goals.
• Promote Bowman’s employment brand and leverage social media for pipeline.
