Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist IV - Oil & Gas to join our team remotely. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and closing across engineering, design, and project management roles in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with hiring managers, expanding candidate pipelines via social media, and meeting diversity and hiring metrics. Hybrid/remote options and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Eight or more (8+) experience conducting full cycle recruiting in a technical environment (engineers, designers, PMs).
• Prior experience recruiting in AEC industry, with a focus on MEP (Oil & Gas) is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing and recruiting for hard-to-fill and specialized technical engineering roles.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS; UKG and iCMS strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Network and build long-lasting relationships with key candidate communities for short/long-term staffing opportunities.
• Consult with hiring managers to understand business requirements and functions in the department in need of establishing or enhancing pipeline of candidates.
• Source candidate leads, identify, screen, interview, and close candidates in a highly competitive marketplace.
• Provide strategic insight and input to continually evolve the effective use of defined metrics for recruiting.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and anticipate future hiring needs.
• Manage and leverage social media to generate candidate pipeline and promote Bowman’s employment brand.
