Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist IV - Oil & Gas to join our team remotely in the United States. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs, build pipelines, and close top candidates in a highly competitive market.

With 8+ years in technical recruiting and strong ATS/HRIS proficiency, you will manage 30+ open roles, influence stakeholders, and help shape Bowman’s talent strategy across engineering, design, and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, communications, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a technical environment (engineers, designers, PMs).
• Experience recruiting in AEC, with a focus on MEP/Oil & Gas preferred.
• Ability to manage 30+ open positions concurrently.
• Strong relationship building and influencing at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS (UKG and iCMS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Source candidate leads, screen, interview, and close candidates in a competitive market.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and build pipelines.
• Provide strategic input on metrics, recruitment processes, and diversity goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policy, industry trends, and competitors.
• Partner with HR to ensure job clarity and effective onboarding alignment.
• Leverage social networks to enhance candidate pipelines.
