Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist IV for Oil & Gas to join our team remotely in the United States. You will partner with hiring managers, source top engineers and project leaders, and drive the full lifecycle of recruitment.

The role requires 8+ years in technical recruiting, strong relationship-building, and proficiency with ATS/HRIS (UKG/iCMS). We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in HR, Communications, Business Admin, or related field.
• 8+ years of full cycle recruiting in a technical environment (engineers, designers, PMs).
• Experience recruiting in AEC industry, with focus on Oil & Gas is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills at all levels.
• Able to manage 30+ open positions simultaneously.
• Proven success sourcing and recruiting for hard-to-fill, specialized technical roles.
• Experience developing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and browser apps.
• ATS/HRIS experience; UKG and iCMS preferred.
• Understanding of EEO/OFCCP and staffing laws.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Act as Talent Acquisition Ambassador and build connections with candidates, management, and peers.
• Manage the full recruiting life cycle from sourcing to close.
• Source candidate leads, screen, interview, and close candidates in a competitive market.
• Provide metrics-driven insights to improve placements and diversity goals.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to define internal roles and job clarity.
