Bowman is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist IV - Oil & Gas for a remote role in the United States. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for engineers, designers, and project managers, partnering with hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Eight or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a technical environment (engineers, designers, PMs).
• Experience recruiting in AEC, with focus on MEP (Oil & Gas) preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage 30+ open positions simultaneously.
• Proven success sourcing and recruiting for hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Experience developing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Proficient in MS Office; ATS/HRIS experience with UKG and iCMS preferred.
• Understanding of EEO, OFCCP compliance and staffing laws.

• Source candidate leads, screen, interview, and close candidates in a highly competitive marketplace.
• Network and build long-lasting relationships with key candidate communities.
• Consult with hiring managers to understand requirements and build a strong pipeline.
• Collaborate with HR partners to define internal roles and job clarity.
• Provide metrics and insights to improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Promote Bowman’s employment brand and use social media for pipeline generation.
