Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist IV in Oil & Gas to coordinate full-cycle recruiting for engineers, designers, and project managers. The role is remote and involves partnering with hiring managers to craft effective sourcing strategies and build a strong candidate pipeline.

You will manage 30+ open positions, use ATS/HRIS tools such as UKG and iCMS, and ensure compliance with EEO/OFCCP standards while promoting Bowman’s employer brand across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, communications, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting for engineers, designers, and project managers.
• Experience recruiting in AEC industry with Oil & Gas focus preferred.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels.
• Ability to manage 30+ open positions concurrently.
• Proven success sourcing and recruiting for hard-to-fill technical engineering roles.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS; UKG and iCMS strongly preferred.
• Understanding of EEO/OFCCP compliance in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidate leads, screen, interview, and close candidates in a competitive market.
• Provide strategic input and metrics to improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Network and build relationships with key candidate communities for staffing opportunities.
• Partner with HRBPs to define internal roles and job clarity.
• Manage and leverage social media to generate candidate pipelines and promote Bowman’s employment brand.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
