Job summary

Concentric in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for a fast-paced portfolio, delivering a high-touch candidate experience.

You'll partner with leadership, use Greenhouse and AI tools, and shape external talent-attraction strategies while representing the brand at events. Remote-friendly within the U.S. with PT overlap and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field; or equivalent proven experience in recruiting or human resources.
• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting specialist experience, ideally in a high-volume or agency environment.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and client hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a high-volume requisition load from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience with prompt follow-up and clear communication.
• Assess candidates through screens/interviews, lead debriefs, and guide final decisions.
• Partner with Global Talent Acquisition leadership on complex searches and escalations.
• Leverage Greenhouse and AI tools to manage records and streamline workflows.
• Build diverse talent pipelines via sourcing, referrals, and external channels.
• Represent the company at recruiting events, career fairs, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing to shape branded recruitment collateral.
• Support additional talent initiatives and projects.
