Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support both residential and corporate hiring from Chicago, IL. You will partner with TA Operations, HR Business Partners, and leaders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The role is fully remote with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Salary range is $70,000–$90,000 annually, reflecting experience and location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in high-volume environments.
• Experience with passive sourcing and modern recruiting tools (ATS/CRM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for residential and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to meet timelines and goals.
• Build talent pipelines via sourcing through multiple channels.
• Develop partnerships with schools, trade programs, and workforce organizations.
• Manage job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Deliver regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and processes.
• Provide high-level customer service to candidates and internal partners.
