Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a proactive TA Innovation & Infrastructure professional to drive the center of action across pilots, timelines, and stakeholder updates. You will own the TA Innovation roadmap and coordinate cross-functional reviews to keep momentum.

Open to remote or flex work, you will partner with the AI CoE, Cybersecurity, Product, and Technology teams, shaping the narrative and ensuring clear communication with leadership as new technologies are evaluated.

Qualifications

• Experience in TA technology, program management, or innovation-adjacent roles within SaaS or a similarly fast-moving environment.
• Ability to organize complexity across multiple pilots, stakeholders, and timelines into clear actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to translate technical work into leadership-friendly narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own the innovation portfolio's rhythm: milestones, coordination, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive pilot program management from kickoff to results, tracking success across cross-functional reviews.
• Coordinate RFIs for new technology, timelines, inputs, and documentation.
• Shape the innovation narrative to build momentum and leadership confidence.
