Job summary

ServiceNow in Florida is seeking a TA technology leader to own Avature and foundational TA systems, ensuring smooth operation and smarter adoption. You will partner with Product, DT, and the Madagascar program team to translate requirements into actionable system changes that boost hiring velocity and candidate experience.

You will drive vendor relationships, governance, and day-to-day operations while shaping the future TA tech strategy for the organization.

Qualifications

Background in TA technology, operations, and strategy; Avature experience is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to own vendor relationships and drive system adoption at scale.
Strong collaboration with TA CoE, Product and DT teams; independent work with strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

Own Avature post-implementation including optimization, adoption, and vendor management.
Serve as liaison between TA, Project Madagascar, People Product & DT; translate tech needs for TA.
Govern TA tech stack (Avature, LinkedIn, HackerRank, Findem) for interoperability and reliability.
Lead pre-go-live readiness: training, documentation, cutover planning, day-one support.
Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, renewals, and ongoing optimization discussions.
Define and track system health metrics and governance feeding roadmap decisions.
