• Oversee Avature post-implementation, including platform optimization and quarterly business reviews.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between TA, Project Madagascar, and People Product & DT teams.
• Drive TA technology stack optimization, ensuring interoperability and leveraging ServiceNow platform.

Vendor and Operations:

• Manage vendor relationships, including SLA accountability and contract renewals.
• Establish and track system health, adoption, and performance KPIs to inform roadmap decisions.
• Partner with change team for pre-go-live readiness, including training and cutover planning.
