Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a dynamic professional to own the TA Innovation roadmap, connecting multiple teams and turning rapid pilots into compelling progress stories. You’ll act as the execution engine, coordinating cross-functional reviews and reporting updates to leadership.

Open to remote or flexible work, you will collaborate with the AI CoE, Cybersecurity, Product, Technology, and more, shaping the future talent strategy with strong storytelling and autonomous execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in TA technology, program management, or innovation-adjacent roles.
• Ability to organize multiple pilots, timelines, and stakeholders into clear actions.
• Comfort working autonomously across execution, coordination, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication for leadership storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the innovation portfolio's rhythm with milestones and status updates.
• Drive pilot program management from kickoff to results and follow-ups.
• Coordinate RFIs for new technology and documentation.
• Shape the innovation narrative and lead TA Innovation updates.
• Serve as cybersecurity point person for admin and fraud needs.
