Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a TA technology lead to own day-to-day management of Avature and our core TA systems, ensuring ongoing optimization and reliable operations.

You will partner with Product, DT, and the Madagascar program team, translating requirements for recruiters and driving vendor relationships, training, and go-live readiness.

This role improves hiring velocity and candidate experience by aligning technology with talent strategy and delivering measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• Background in TA technology, operations, and strategy; Avature experience preferred.
• Prior experience as a recruiter or sourcing practitioner.
• Track record of owning vendor relationships and driving system adoption at scale.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of Avature post-implementation, including optimization and vendor management.
• Serve as primary TA liaison to Product, DT, and other teams, translating requirements for recruiters.
• Govern TA technology stack design and interoperability for foundation systems.
• Lead pre-go-live readiness, training, and change management activities.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, renewals, and ongoing optimization.
