Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a TA technology expert to own the day-to-day design, operations, and vendor relationships for Avature and foundational TA systems. You will bridge TA process knowledge with system management, collaborating with Product and DT to improve recruitment velocity and candidate experience.

You will drive the future strategy and run day-to-day operations, ensuring interoperability and ongoing improvements across the TA tech stack in a global, flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Background in TA technology, operations, and strategy; Avature preferred.
• Experience as a recruiter or sourcing practitioner is a plus, enabling language of the TA team.
• Proven ability to own vendor relationships and drive system adoption at scale.

Responsibilities

• Avature post-implementation: ownership of optimization, adoption, and governance including vendor relationships.
• Cross-functional collaboration: serve as the TA liaison with Product, DT, and other teams.
• TA technology stack optimization: govern and design for TA systems like Avature, LinkedIn, HackerRank, Findem.
• Pre-Go-Live readiness: partner with change teams on training, cutover planning, and day-one support.
• Vendor relationship management: handoffs, SLA accountability, renewals, and optimization.
• Operational metrics & governance: track system health, adoption, and KPIs for roadmap decisions.
