ServiceNow, Inc. is seeking a brand-new role within TA Innovation & Infrastructure to connect dots across teams, keep pilots moving, and translate rapid innovation into clear, compelling storytelling.

You will drive the TA Innovation roadmap with a front-row seat to emerging tech pilots and the evolving tech stack. You will own updates to the wider TA&M organization while coordinating cross-functional efforts with AI, Cybersecurity, Product, and Technology teams, and you can work remotely with

Qualifications

Experience in TA technology, program management, or innovation-adjacent roles within SaaS or a similarly fast-moving environment.
A knack for organizing complexity, multiple pilots, stakeholders, and timelines into something clear and actionable.
Autonomy in a role that blends execution, coordination, and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical or in-progress work into leadership-ready narratives.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own the innovation portfolio's rhythm with milestones, coordination, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Drive pilot program management from kickoff to results, track success, and organize workstreams across teams.
Coordinate RFIs for new technology, timelines, inputs, and documentation as we evaluate candidate tools.
Shape the innovation narrative to build momentum and present updates to the TA & M organization and leadership.
Serve as cybersecurity point person for administrative and fraud-management needs.
