Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Engineering or Paper Science preferred.
• 2+ years of experience required; industrial experience helpful but not required.
• Fluent in written and verbal English; Spanish a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Up to 60% travel; geographic location flexible.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Collect data from ABB and competitive systems for baseline performance and future performance guarantee development.
• Provide process control expertise during QCS order pursuit.
• Act as technical liaison between ABB sales and customer process control and engineering teams.
• Planning and Schedule Management: Develop Systems Engineering Plan for all projects when lead role is assigned and manage site coverage.
• Project Execution: Prepare System software and make ready for internal integration test; support testing and Factory Acceptance Test with Customer.
• Operator Training: Develop training material and schedule; deliver effective operator training.
• Results Delivery: Ensure control features are tuned and optimized; review results vs objectives.
• Customer Satisfaction: Lead project activities during start-up, optimization and results stage; provide continued support post-commissioning.
