Job summary

ABB is seeking a qualified candidate in Ohio to serve as a design authority for an engineering discipline with medium complexity. You will help lead small projects, plan schedules, and ensure compliance with contract specs, quality standards, safety, and cybersecurity policies.

The role includes sales support, project execution, commissioning, and providing Level 3 support. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in engineering or paper science with relevant QCS experience, fluent English, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of professional work or related experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Paper Science, and 4 years of QCS application experience in the Pulp and Paper industry is preferred.
Fluent in written and verbal English, Spanish a plus.
VMware vSphere Knowledge a plus.
Networking Knowledge a plus.
Previous Industrial Automation Experience a plus.
Microsoft Operating Systems Experience.

Responsibilities

Sales Support: Provide technical support for software specials proposals, planning and scheduling management, develop system functional specifications when lead role is assigned, manage system software implementation when lead role is assigned.
