Job summary

Commscope Holding seeks a Ruckus Systems Engineer to support customers and partners remotely, with 50%+ travel and residency in California. You will provide technical demos, architectural designs, PoCs, and trainings across the territory to drive solution adoption.

You will collaborate with Territory Account Managers and partners to position Ruckus networking solutions, deliver presentations at events, and guide complex deployments and network planning.

Qualifications

• BS/BA minimum in a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years pre‑sales or equivalent experience with routers, switches and Wi‑Fi.
• Certifications such as CCNA, BPIPA, JNCIA, CWNA, etc.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pre‑sales engineering: network design, RF planning, BOM creation, sales engagement, training.
• Identify and drive territory account plan based on business economics and trends.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners.
• Assist the Territory/Partner Account Manager in driving revenue and achieving quota.
