Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds, in partnership with Proton Technologies, seeks a Systems Administrator for remote support. You will troubleshoot client infrastructure, manage AD and network devices, and mentor help desk staff while handling escalations during outages.

The role requires 2+ years in a Tier II/sysadmin role, familiarity with Entra/Intune/Google Workspace, and strong TCP/IP and wireless skills. Remote work is offered with EST shift options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Tier II or System Administrator role.
• Knowledge of Windows Active Directory domains required.
• Experience with printer and scanner troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, switches, VLANs, firewalls, routers, WAN/LAN, and wireless.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra, Intune, and Google Workspace management.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues with customer equipment including workstations, laptops, mobile devices, VoIP phones, switches, routers, firewalls, and servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with supported client applications and related services.
• Act as owner of critical client issues and outages, coordinating client communication and troubleshooting across departments.
• Document issues, steps, and resolutions in ticketing systems.
