Job summary
Reynolds and Reynolds, via Proton Dealership IT, is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Technician to be the first point of contact for customers and guide them through troubleshooting to achieve rapid resolution. This full-time, remote role involves assisting over the phone, documenting issues, and building strong client relationships.
Shifts run Monday–Friday EST, with multiple time options. You will work on hardware, network devices, and printer/scanner/wireless troubleshooting while following
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience.
- IT certifications or technical education required.
- Experience with Windows Active Directory domains.
- Proficient with ticketing systems.
- Experience with printer, scanner, and wireless troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly documenting problems, troubleshooting steps, and resolution via ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and replace failed computing hardware on desktop PCs and laptops.
- Work with troubleshooting switches, routers, and firewalls while understanding their roles.
